2. California passes GMO labeling: 95 points
3. Senator Elizabeth Warren: 90 points
4. Re-electing Sherrod Brown: 90 points
5. Marriage equality is PASSED and PRESERVED in ALL states where there is a ballot initiative for that: 120 points
6. Colorodo AND Washington legalize weed: 100 points
7. Oregon legalizes it: 110 points (more points here because it’s less likely to pass)
8. California ends the death penalty: 120 points
9. California ends the “three strikes” law: 110 points
10. Arkansas passes medical marijuana: 100 points
11. Massachusettes passes medical marijuana: 70 points
12. Assisted suicide passes in Mass: 60 points
13. California Prop 30 passes: 50 points
14. Prop 32 FAILS: 70 points
15. Michigan puts collective bargaining into law: 110 points
16. Minnesota doesn’t pass stupid voter ID: 50 points
17. Question 3 is defeated in NH(this is a poison pill calling for a constitutional convention. The tea party wants it passed to rewrite the constitution). 80 points
18. Frank Guinta and Bass are defeated: 100 points
19. Allen West is toast: 80 points
20. Michelle Bachmann a goner: 80 points

22. Democratic control of the house: 200 points
23. For every “longshot” senate seat won by a democrat: 100 points
24. Missouri raises cigarette tax from 17 cents to 90 cents: 50 points
25. Obama wins, BUT Jill Stein of the Green Party gets 5% of the national vote and the Green Party gets matching funds for next election: 200 points
26. Somehow, stupid sheriff Joe Arpaio gets kicked out: 120 points
27. Obama wins NH: 50 points (I want Obama to win, but NH is the only state that I really care that he wins, because being from a Romney state would be embarrassing)
28. Ovide loses his NH governor dream: 120 points
29. Texas has a house seat that goes blue: 100 points
30. Alan Grayson winning his seat: 120 points
31. Obama does a bunch of executive stuff that benefits the lives of many people: 150 points
32. Sean Hannity or Rush Limbaugh or Boehner cry on national TV or radio: 300 points
33. “Macaca” Allen loses: 100 points
34. Somehow it’s a landslide victory and congress is a sea change and the Senate is comprised of 55+ democrats, and they kill the filibuster and they pass everything progressive that a sea changed progressive house passes: 1,000 points.
